Technical Writing (online & print):| SAP Re-engineering Project. Wrote 700-plus page user guide for SAP re-engineering project. Converted entire guide into PDF for rapid posting on Corporate intranet, and procedural portions to HTML for easier access and rapid revision. Internationalized guide for use by employees with English as a second language. |
Consulting & Training
| Training for Re-engineering Project. Helped design several training programs for the same re-engineering project. Created slides and exercises for the training presentation, as well as assisting in actual training. |
Hypertext Authoring
| WinHelp Conferences and HTML Authoring. Helped staff, as well as attend, a total of five WinHelp Developers Conferences. Have developed content for, and helped code several Websites in addition to the corporate intranet site discussed above. |
Technical Recognition:
Have addressed two regional conferences and several local business, professional, and computer groups. (Topic in each case was an aspect of hypertext; some conference handouts available in Archive.
