The owners have education or experience (normally both) in nearly all aspects of information services: hypertext authoring, print writing/editing, records management, research, and training. Each is described below.
Hypertext AuthoringSanders began his first HTML and WinHelp projects in late 1994. He was trained in WinHelp by Alec Sonenthal, one of the top authors and trainers in the nation. He has attended ten conferences and more than a dozen classes on either WinHelp or HTML. [Details on resume.]Bowman Also became involved early in HTML and WinHelp. Between 1995 and 1997, she was on the staff of five WinHelp Developers' conferences and summer camps. She has converted numerous documents from print (Word, WordPerfect, and Publisher) to online (HTML and PDF), and is a staunch advocate of single sourcing. Technical DocumentationSanders has an AA degree in English/Journalism, and more than 15 years experience as a technical writer and editor. He has written engineering reports, software documentation, procedures, managerial overviews, proposals, white papers, bug reports, academic papers, and sports copy. He has probably written materials very similar to your needs; he has certainly written for the audience you have targeted. Records ManagementSanders has an MLS in Library Science, and experience in public, academic, law, technical, and government documents libraries or collections.
