This Website was wholly created and implemented by Marci Bowman and Bill Sanders, owners of Scribble & Count™ LLC. Although S&C has partnerships with Website professionals such as programmers and graphics artists for Website projects, their support was not utilized in any way on this site. Webmaster for the site is Bill Sanders.

* Netscape 4.x users: If you have rendering problems that you think are style-related, try turning style sheets off (Edit > Preferences > Advanced... menu option). Mid-topic jumps are also dicey on Netscape 4.x; but we don't have any work-arounds for that, other than manual scrolling up from the bottom of the target page.
